As far a weather is concerned, there is no place like Colorado. I don't think there is anywhere else in the world where in April it can be 75 degrees and in May it is snowing. April 29th, yesterday, was 75 and gorgeous. We spent the day in the backyard playing and laying in the sun. It was so hot the boys stripped down to their undies and soaked themselves and Hazel with the hose. If we were in Seattle we would be in the house watching the rain and mist swirl around the sunless sky.
Today is May 1. In Colorado, there is a reason they tell you not to plant your garden until after Mother's Day. It is 33 degrees and snowing.
Don't worry... it's suppose to be back in the 70s by the weekend!
